Farhan Ahmed

I am a developer at Microsoft Corporation, working in the Devices and Networking group. I graduated from Lafayette College in 2005 with degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering (Hons.) and Mathematics.

While at Microsoft, I've worked on Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, and most recently Windows 7 (including the service packs). I'm part of the group responsible for implementing the framework for the management and installation of devices as well as largely for the device experience on the Windows platform.

I live with my wife, Andrea, in Seattle. We enjoy living in this diverse and culturally rich city which has a great character of its own. Both of us are foodies and on weekends and when we are not working, we like to try the new restaurants in town. You'll also find us at the farmers' markets on the weekends.
